The Tin Bath comes to Edale!

We were excited to find out that The Tin Bath was to be passing through Edale station at 12 noon on Valentine’s Day.

It is a rare treat to see this vintage steam engine – let alone pulling 11 carriage’s!  Although it was running a little late by the time it arrived in Edale, it drew many onlookers and also brought the welcome sunshine with it!

We were lucky enough to see a piece of history and capture The Tin Bath on video, with a great view from the bridge as she passed by surprisingly quickly, puffing away and pulling all the carriages behind!
