Weekly bookings for Wagtail Cottage, Curlew Cottage and Plover Cottage are from Friday to Friday.

The cottages are available from 4.00 pm on the arrival day until 10.00 am on the departure day.

Short breaks are available from October to Easter, and as late availability from Easter and October, excluding July and August, when no short breaks are available.

For short breaks the minimum stay is three nights, for which the rental is 2/3s of the weekly rental.

A highchair and cot are available on request at no extra charge. The cot is suitable for children aged two years and under only. Please bring your own bedding, linens and towels for infants.

A non-returnable deposit of £150 for Wagtail, £150 for Curlew and £200 for Plover is due to secure your booking, and due at the time of booking. Reservations will not be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance is payable no later than 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday travel insurance, as we can only refund your payment if we are able to re-book the cottage. An administration fee will be charged for any cancellations.

A returnable security bond of £150 or £200 will be charged for overseas bookings.

The cottages are unsuitable for large group bookings, and can only be rented as one cottage per booking. The cottages are only suitable for the number of guests allocated to each cottage, therefore we cannot allow extra visitors to sleep in the cottage.

Both properties are totally non-smoking.
